What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually our MOQ is 300pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders to help you check product quality and our service.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, there is a small charge which is refundable once the order reaches a certain quantity.
How long does it take for sample delivery?
Existing samples take about 7-10 days. For custom designs involving new printing screens, it usually takes 10-15 days.
What is the standard production lead time?
For an MOQ order, the production lead time is approximately 60 days. Our large capacity ensures timely delivery even for large orders.
How do you handle color matching?
We use the Pantone Matching System. You can provide the Pantone color code, and we will match it, or we can recommend popular colors.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit via TT after the order is signed, with the remaining 70% against the copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
