Ringlock scaffolding is a modular system renowned for safety and convenience. It is segmented into the 48mm and 60mm systems. The structure comprises standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, jack bases, U-heads, and additional components. Standards feature rosettes with eight holes: four smaller holes for ledger connections and four larger ones for diagonal braces.
When the wedge pin is hammered and fixed, it creates a tight bond with the standard, channeling vibrations from the ledger to the ground. This design minimizes wedge pin vibrations, preventing disengagement.
1. The container load weight ranges from 22 to 25 tons, requiring pre-loading confirmation.
2. Different products are packaged accordingly:
---Bundles: Timber beams, steel props, tie rods, etc.
---Pallet: Smaller components are bagged and palletized.
---Wooden cases: Available upon customer's request.
---Bulk: Irregular goods are loaded in bulk within the container.
