System Description:
Polyethylene Heat Shrinking Tape is a wrap-around radiation cross-linked tape designed for corrosion protection of straight pipes, fittings, bends, elbows, and irregular configurations. When heated, the backing layer shrinks and the adhesive forms a reliable corrosion protection seal onto metal and adjacent coating surfaces.
Product Composition:
Consists of three layers: Primer layer (Liquid epoxy), Adhesive layer (High shear strength copolymer), and Film backing (Radiation cross-linked high-density polyethylene).
