The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
QCan I put my design logo on the items?
Sure, we can print your logo on our designs or any items using heat transfer stamping, silicon printing, rubber printing, embroidery, or sewing. Please provide the logo in a vector AI file.
QDo you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services, including free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
QWhat is your sample policy?
We charge an appropriate fee for new customers. However, the sample fee can be refunded if the order amount exceeds $2,000 or accumulates to $3,000. Existing samples may be provided for free under specific transaction thresholds.
QWhat is the estimated delivery time?
Depending on the quantity: 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized items.
